Any sale is subject to Garlast’s written quotation, order acknowledgment, purchase order acceptance, or other signed commercial agreement. In the event of conflict between website content and a written Garlast sales document, the written sales document controls for that transaction.

You are responsible for providing accurate specifications, drawings, quantities, material requirements, regulatory needs, and application details so that Garlast can prepare an appropriate quote.

Prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing
Quotes may expire on the date stated in the quotation or, if none is stated, after a reasonable period determined by Garlast
Lead times are estimates only and may vary based on material, tooling, quantity, and production scheduling
Minimum order quantities, packaging, and shipping terms will be defined in the applicable sales document

5. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

Orders are accepted only according to Garlast’s standard commercial terms or the terms expressly agreed in writing for that order. Payment terms, incoterms, freight responsibility, taxes, duties, and inspection requirements will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Title and risk of loss transfer according to the agreed delivery terms in the applicable sales document.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, datasheets, and layout, is owned by Garlast or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
